Respiratory Therapist - Salina, KS | Relocation Bonus up to $5,000

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Shift: Nights (some weekends and on-call)

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed respiratory therapy treatments and evaluate patient responses.
• Perform both invasive and non-invasive respiratory care procedures independently.
• Interpret physician orders, assess patient conditions, and develop individualized care plans.
• Serve as a clinical consultant within the care team for respiratory therapy best practices.
• Adapt to changes in workload and patient needs to ensure optimal care and productivity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program - Required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC - Required
• Current Kansas Respiratory Care Practitioner License or eligibility - Required
• 1 year of Respiratory Care experience - Preferred (New grads encouraged to apply!)

Compensation

Hourly Range: $29.00 - $37.00 (commensurate with education and experience)

Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (to be discussed during interview)
