Responsibilities include rehabilitative services in rural and inpatient settings, patient evaluations, and written treatment plans. Candidates must hold WI licensure and BLS, with strong collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist licensure is required.
• BLS certification required or active.
• Ability to work in rural health clinic and inpatient settings.

• Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.

• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, equipment use, and home programs.
• Maintain current Wisconsin Physical Therapist licensure and BLS certification.
• Work clinic hours between 6:30 am and 5:15 pm, as needed.

• Provide comprehensive rehabilitative services to patients within a rural health clinic setting and an inpatient setting
• Perform skilled evaluations to assess patient needs and functional abilities
• Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's recovery goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient recovery and functional independence
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in all patient interactions
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, equipment use, and home-based programs
• Maintain current Wisconsin Physical Therapist licensure
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Work clinic hours between 6:30 am and 5:15 pm, depending on need
