Astrya Global Medical Staffing is hiring a Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Las Vegas, Nevada. Schedule is 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with guaranteed 32 hours during holiday weeks.

Pay rate ranges from $62 to $67 per hour, with extension potential depending on facility needs and performance. Candidates must hold an active PT license and obtain a permanent state license promptly; compact licenses are not accepted for this assignment.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada PT license required.
• Must obtain permanent license promptly if starting with a compact.
• Compact licenses not accepted for this assignment.
• Adhere to facility policies and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI before assignment start.
• Obtain permanent state license immediately if starting with compact license.
• Must hold permanent license for South Carolina assignments; compact licenses are not accepted.
• Maintain active licensure throughout assignment.
• Meet experience requirements within the specified setting/modality.
• Work 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks.
• Work scheduled day shift hours.
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements as provided during orientation.
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process.
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement.
• Follow facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery.
• Adhere to billing and scheduling requirements including weekly billing cycle and overtime provisions.

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Las Vegas, Nevada. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PT:

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before assignment start
• Obtain permanent state license immediately if starting with compact license
• Must hold permanent license for South Carolina assignments; compact licenses are not accepted
• Maintain active licensure throughout assignment
• Meet experience requirements within the specified setting/modality
• Work 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks
• Work scheduled day shift hours
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement
• Follow facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Adhere to billing and scheduling requirements including weekly billing cycle and overtime provisions
