Astrya Global Medical Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Salinas, California. The role offers a 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM schedule across three days, with potential for extension, and a pay rate of $52-$56 per hour.

You will evaluate SNF patients, work with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain licensure. This temporary position requires strong documentation skills and flexible scheduling, with the possibility to float to a nearby facility if needed.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in California.
• Experience evaluating and treating SNF patients is a plus.
• Ability to document thoroughly and timely in electronic medical records.

Responsibilities for a OT:

• Evaluate and treat SNF patients

• Maintain active OT licensure
• Demonstrate strong documentation and time-management skills
• Work a flexible schedule with preference for Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
• Float to sister facility within walking distance as needed
