Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a permanent role in Quincy, California. The position runs 8:00AM - 5:00PM, five days a week, with travel between two office locations as needed.

The candidate must hold a California OT license and current BLS certification. Salary ranges from $145,475.20 to $207,908.10, with full credentialing support and a referral bonus program.

• Current AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Help patients improve independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver OT services.
• May work across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and SNF departments.

Responsibilities for a OT:

• Apply professional judgment and clinical expertise to evaluate and treat patients across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Help patients improve their independence and quality of life
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services
• May work across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing departments
• Travel between two office locations as requested
• Maintain an active California Occupational Therapist License in good standing
• Maintain current AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• Comply with California Occupational Therapy regulatory requirements
• Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
