Basic Purpose

As a Recruiter, you will prospect and persuade healthcare professionals (HCPs) for assignments across the US. Your role involves maintaining an active pool of healthcare professionals to meet client needs, impacting fill rates, revenue, and profitability. You will develop and execute strategies to achieve your financial goals with persistence and determination.

Essential Functions
  1. Recruit viable travelers for assignments through prospecting, referrals, and lead management.
  2. Sell assignments to prospective travelers by identifying unspoken needs using a consultative approach.
  3. Meet or exceed key performance metrics: outbound calls, candidate submissions, weeks booked.
  4. Build relationships and provide excellent customer service to develop a loyal healthcare professional base.
  5. Maintain positive relationships with travelers to support patient care through staffing.
  6. Communicate regularly with travelers regarding assignment details.
  7. Maintain and update candidate databases and documentation.
  8. Ensure traveler satisfaction through planning and follow-up.
  9. Develop and sustain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  10. Maintain open communication with the TOA staff, uncover needs, and address issues.
  11. Be flexible with schedules to accommodate staff requests and resolve issues.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 12 to 24 months of sales or recruiting experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
