Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• At least one year of experience providing clinical support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to provide care.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
