Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-focused Alliance Relations Manager to join our team and drive the success of our strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Growth, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of our key alliances, ensuring mutual value and long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic partners, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
  2. Partnership Activation & Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding and activation of new partnerships, ensuring alignment with Zoho's and the partner's objectives.
  3. Joint Business Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, identifying areas of collaboration and mutual growth.
  4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  5. Collaboration & Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration between Zoho's internal teams and partner organizations.
  6. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in partner relationships.
  7. Opportunity Identification: Identify and explore new opportunities for collaboration and expansion within existing partnerships.
  8. Contract Management: Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and manage contract renewals.
  9. Partner Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support to maximize their success.

Qualifications:

  1. 2-4 years of experience in alliance management, partner relations, or account management.
  2. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. High level of empathy and cultural sensitivity.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Experience with contract management.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The salary will be $70,000 - $95,000 per year.
