The Territory Account Specialist (TAS) is a sales leader who designs a tailored customer experience for each account and Healthcare Provider (HCP). As the primary Point of Contact, the TAS engages with clients to identify mutual priorities, address needs through problem-solving, and leverage Novartis resources to improve patient outcomes. The role requires expertise in clinical selling, account management, access navigation, and omni-channel engagement.
Position levels based on experience: Territory Account Specialist (2+ years), Senior (5+ years), Executive (10+ years). Driving is an essential function; a valid driver’s license is required.
