The Territory Account Specialist (TAS) is a sales leader who designs a customized customer experience tailored to each account and Healthcare Provider (HCP). Acting as the primary Point of Contact (PoC), the TAS engages clients to identify mutual priorities, address needs, and leverage Novartis resources to improve patient outcomes. The role requires expertise in clinical selling, account management, access navigation, problem-solving, team collaboration, and omni-channel engagement.
Driving is an essential function; a valid driver’s license is required. The role may involve initial training, including home study. Novartis does not sponsor visas.
