Job summary

Florida ENT and allergy is expanding its Allergy Technician team to support busy ENT and allergy services. The role requires multitasking, learning across allergy, ENT and audiology, and delivering patient-focused care in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates hold active LPN/EMT/CMA licensure, have at least two years of clinical experience, and can travel between locations. Strong communication, EMR proficiency, and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active LPN, EMT or Certified Medical Assistant licensure.
• Minimum two years hands-on clinical experience.
• Willing to travel between locations as needed.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients for 20–60 minutes per encounter.
• Follow allergy protocols and educate patients on testing/treatments.
• Answer patient calls and take patient histories.
• Administer injections and perform allergy skin tests.
• Obtain authorizations and prepare exam rooms.
• Maintain sterilization standards per CDC/ENTAAF guidelines.
