Job summary

ENT Specialty Partners (ESP) seeks an Allergy Technician for our Allen Clinic to provide compassionate, professional allergy care and support to patients.

You will perform allergy tests, skin tests, injections, collect patient history and vital signs, coordinate appointments, and maintain a clean, welcoming clinical environment while complying with privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be certified by one or more of the four accredited medical assisting institutions: AAMA CMA; AMT Registered Medical Assistant; NCCT National Certified Medical Assistant; NHA Certified Clinical Medical Assistant.
• Must hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must self-manage and work independently.
• Must troubleshoot problems independently.
• Must handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
• Must adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Setting appointments with patients
• Taking patient medical information, history, and vital signs
• Performing allergy tests, skin tests, and allergy injections
