Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for a day shift in Orland Park, IL. You will support physicians, escort patients, take vitals, and ensure chart and lab results are complete.

You will perform triage, patient education, and assist with procedures to provide high-quality care. Candidates should hold an IL RN license, have graduated from an accredited nursing program, and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to and from exam rooms and prep for physicians.
• Take vital signs and document medical history/symptoms.
• Perform telephone triage and patient education; handle physician and pharmacy calls.
• Administer immunizations and minor treatments as prescribed; document in chart.
• Assist physicians with procedures as necessary.
• Clean and stock examination rooms and prepare instruments; restock supplies.
• Complete paperwork for labs, x-rays, notes, etc.

Assist in performing narcotic count.Performs other projects and duties as related to department objectives.Must be able to get along with others, to be a team player, to accept constructive criticism from your supervisor and be able to follow work rules.Utilizes current nursing practices to provide patient care while focusing on the needs of the patient and exemplifying service excellence, care, concern, respect and cooperation. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
