AllerVie Health is hiring a Medical Assistant I in a full-time capacity in Texas. You will support providers, take vitals, assist with allergy and respiratory testing, and ensure efficient patient flow in a fast-paced clinic.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow within a specialty clinic. Ideal candidates have MA certification or training, strong attention to detail, and excellent patient communication.

Qualifications

• MA certification or training is required or preferred.
• Clinical experience is a plus; training is provided for the right candidate.
• Warm, patient-first communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning EMR systems and working in a fast-paced team.

Responsabilités

• Take and record vitals (height, weight, BP, pulse, temp, SpO2).
• Assist with allergy testing and spirometry under supervision.
• Document accurately in the EMR.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and prepped between patients.
• Set clear expectations to keep patient visits moving smoothly.
• Uphold HIPAA and infection control standards daily.
