Mitchell Martin is seeking a dedicated Allergy Advanced Practice Provider to join our outpatient team in Altamont, NY. The role is onsite, full-time with varied weekday shifts and one weekend day per month.

We are hiring an Allergy Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with interest in allergy care and oral immunotherapy, supported by a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with an active state license.
• Master's degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• Minimum 1–2 years of allergy/immunology or primary care experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, procedural, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with allergic and immunologic conditions.
• Conduct and interpret allergy testing.
• Administer and monitor allergen immunotherapy and oral immunotherapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients.
• Manage acute allergic reactions in the outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
