Mitchell Martin is recruiting for an Allergy Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient team in Rochester, NY. This full-time, onsite role includes varied weekday shifts with one weekend day per month and a focus on allergy care and oral immunotherapy.

The successful candidate will diagnose and manage allergic conditions, perform allergy testing, and collaborate with physicians, delivering patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• 1-2 years of allergy, immunology, or primary care experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, procedural, and communication skills.
• Compassionate and detail-oriented with patient-centered care.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with allergic and immunologic conditions.
• Conduct and interpret allergy testing.
• Administer and monitor allergen immunotherapy and oral immunotherapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients.
• Manage acute allergic reactions in the outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
