Aspire Allergy & Sinus in Katy, TX is hiring a Part-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join the Clinical Support team. You will deliver comprehensive allergy and sinus care, including testing, treatments, and in-office procedures, while maintaining accurate EHR documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of NP/PA practice, current licensure, BLS/ACLS, and EMR/EHR experience. This on-site role reports to the VP of Operations and requires a passion for patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years practicing as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner.
• Graduate from an approved Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner License.
• BLS or ACLS certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories focused on allergy and sinus conditions.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations.
• Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as allergy immunotherapy (SCIT/SLIT) and nasal endoscopy.
• Educate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Document all patient encounters accurately in EHR within 24 hours of their visit.
• Oversee and manage allergy testing for patients using Percutaneous and Intracutaneous methods.
• Provide pre‑op and post‑op evaluation and treatment after sinus procedures.
• Develop relationships with referring providers and participate in territory events to enhance Aspire’s credibility.
• Adhere to testing/treatment thresholds and other standard metrics.
