Job summary
Schweiger Dermatology Group in West Palm Beach is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant - Allergy to join our clinical team. The Allergy Medical Assistant will perform high-quality medical, clinical, and clerical tasks in a patient-centered setting, with flexibility to support team coverage.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical Assistant experience; allergy practice preferred.
- Medical Assistant Certification required; CPR and AED Certifications required.
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred
- Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere for patients and the provider.
- Follow standard operating protocols within the allergy practice.
- Assist with allergy testing (skin prick, patch, spirometry) and immunotherapy.
- Scrub and assist with procedures, prep exam rooms, and maintain stock.
- Handle payments, schedule follow-ups, and manage patient communications.
- Support front desk operations when needed.
- Maintain HIPAA/OSHA compliance in daily tasks.
- Cover additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
