Job summary

Valley ENT in Fresno, CA is looking for a motivated Medical Assistant/Allergy Technician to support allergy testing, immunotherapy administration, and patient care throughout treatment.

You will document treatments in the EMR, educate patients on procedures, and help maintain a clean, organized clinical area while collaborating with physicians. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Medical Assistant, Allergy Technician, or similar clinical role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (Spanish preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Perform allergy skin testing and pulmonary function testing under physician supervision.
• Prepare and administer allergy immunotherapy injections, sublingual, and oral treatments.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate support and follow-up.
• Accurately document treatments, test results, and progress in the EMR system.
• Educate patients on allergy procedures, treatment plans, and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical area.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.
