Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP in Horsham, PA is seeking a self-motivated, patient‑focused Allergy Medical Assistant for a full‑time position. You will administer injections, conduct allergy testing, and perform pulmonary function tests while supporting the physician and care team.

The role includes varied administrative duties, insurance approvals, data entry and responsive patient communication. Prior MA experience and Epic EMR familiarity are preferred, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or CMA/RMA certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, EMT certification, or 5+ years MA experience are acceptable alternatives.
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer allergy injections and monitor patients.
• Perform allergy testing (food, environmental, venom, drug and chemical).
• Conduct pulmonary function testing.
• Assist physician with patient care.
• Complete administrative tasks including insurance approvals and data entry.
• Respond to patient calls and messages.
