Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP is seeking a self-motivated, full-time Allergy Medical Assistant for our Horsham office. The hourly rate is $20.24/hour, with schedule Monday through Saturday as needed. You will support clinicians with injections, testing, and patient care, while handling administrative tasks and phone calls.

Ideal candidates have MA training or CMA/RMA certification, Epic EMR experience, and a commitment to delivering excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or CMA/RMA certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology can substitute for MA credential.
• EMT certification accepted as alternative.
• Five years of continuous MA experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Administer allergy injections and monitor patients.
• Perform allergy testing (food, environmental, venom, drug, chemical).
• Conduct pulmonary function testing.
• Assist physician with patient care.
• Handle administrative tasks including insurance approvals and data entry.
• Respond to patient calls and messages.
