Schweiger Dermatology Group in Rutherford, NJ, is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (Allergy). The LPN will provide general care and education, administer allergy shots, and support immunotherapy procedures under provider supervision.

Responsibilities include preparing supplies, performing lung function testing, documenting vitals, and maintaining allergy testing rooms. Prior allergy experience is required; Monday–Friday with some Saturday rotation, 7am–7pm. Competitive hourly pay.

Qualificações

• Previous allergy experience required.
• Graduate from an LPN program approved by the state Education Department.
• Pass the NCLEX-PN examination.
• Active LPN license in the state.
• CPR and AED certifications required.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Open availability to work during weekdays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general care and education to patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, including allergy shots.
• Prepare supplies for allergy testing and treatments.
• Perform lung function testing (FeNO and Spirometry).
• Maintain the immunotherapy room and ensure supplies and cleanliness.
• Administer allergy shots and ensure provider is on site.
• Maintain patient records and document visits in EMR.
• Ensure observation time after injections and assist with documentation.
