Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medications.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records is a plus.
• Basic computer skills including data entry.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document vital signs, patient history, allergies, and chief complaints; assist with exams and procedures.
• Communicate test results, perform phone triage, and coordinate follow-up.
• Document clinical information and medications in the electronic medical record.
• Coordinate outside diagnostic testing and referrals; assist with communication and med management.
• Prepare, sterilize, and stock clinical equipment and supplies.
