Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare certification or training is a plus.
• Previous experience as a medical assistant, technician, or in a related healthcare role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems is an advantage; CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct allergy skin testing and interpret results under the supervision of an ENT specialist.
• Prepare and administer allergy immunotherapy (allergy shots) and sublingual immunotherapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting test results, treatments, and progress notes.
• Educate patients on allergy management, treatment plans, and proper use of medications.
• Assist with patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and coordination of care.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
