Job summary

Family Allergy & Asthma is seeking a Clinic Nurse (LPN/RN) in Springfield, OH to join our team at 2121 E High St, Suite C. You will provide direct nursing care under supervision, prepare exam rooms, assist physicians with allergy testing and injections, and document care in the EMR system.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication and ability to read and interpret safety rules, policies and patient care plans.
• Current LPN or RN license in Ohio in good standing; CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms and testing areas each morning.
• Escort patients and prep them for physician visits.
• Assist with skin testing and procedures.
• Document in EMR; manage prescriptions and care plans.
• Administer medications and manage nebulized meds.
• Perform pulmonary function testing and FeNO/peak flow monitoring.
• Provide patient education on medications and environment control.
• Schedule outpatient procedures and manage injections.
