Family Allergy & Asthma in Springboro, OH is seeking a Clinic & Injection Room Nurse (LPN/RN) to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. This role supports allergy testing, injections, EMR documentation, and patient education within our outpatient clinic.

Candidates must hold an Ohio LPN license or RN license, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and have 1–2 years of nursing experience. The position is non-exempt and requires on-site work.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license in good standing in the State of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms and allergy testing areas each morning.
• Administer allergy injections and monitor for reactions.
• Assist the doctor with skin testing and procedures as ordered.
• Document in EMR and complete discharge summaries.
