Allergy Partners is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Williamsburg, VA practice. You will support clinicians, take vital signs, and ensure patient comfort while coordinating care with the broader team.

The position involves assisting physicians with exams and allergy testing, administering injections as allowed, and handling administrative duties in the EMR. A CMA/RMA or ABR-OE is preferred, with a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and interaction with physicians.
• High school diploma required; CMA/RMA or ABR-OE preferred.
• Experience with EMR and practice management software is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to exam rooms; take vital signs.
• Assist physicians during exams and procedures.
• Perform allergy testing (prick/intradermal) as ordered.
• Administer injections under physician guidance; prepare supplies for testing.
• Document care in electronic medical records and coordinate referrals.
