Job summary

Midwest Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists is seeking a dedicated Clinical Assistant (CMA, RMA, LPN) to join our Allergy and Asthma team in Minnesota. You will administer allergy injections, monitor patient safety, and support high-quality care under physician guidance daily.

Responsibilities include EMR documentation, maintaining AIT fridges, conducting audits, logging equipment, protecting private health information under HIPAA, and providing patient education materials in line with physician

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota.
• Willingness to travel between all clinic locations.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine allergy injections safely and effectively.
• Accurately document relevant information in electronic medical record (EMR).
• Responsible for daily upkeep of AIT fridges, audits and equipment logs.
• Handle patient health information under HIPAA and privacy practices.
• Provide patient education materials and communicate physician advice and instruction.
• Adhere to all consent policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
