Job summary

AENT Associates seeks a full-time Physician specializing in Allergy & Immunology to provide coverage for outpatient clinics in Fresno and Madera, CA. You will deliver direct patient care and serve as a clinical resource for NP/PA staff, while advancing allergy, asthma, and immunology care across California's Central Valley.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adherence to clinical protocols, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Allergy & Immunology preferred.
• Eligible for or currently holding an active California medical license.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellent patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other clinical staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management of allergy, asthma, and immunologic conditions.
• Provide physician coverage for the Fresno and Madera clinics.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for new and established patients.
• Oversee and manage allergy immunotherapy and related treatments.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to NPs and PAs.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure safe, consistent, high-quality patient care.
• Review and address complex clinical cases when physician involvement is required.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Follow established clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and standards of care.
• Participate in the development and improvement of allergy and immunology services.

We are seeking a full-time Physician specializing in Allergy & Immunology to provide coverage for our established outpatient clinics in Fresno and Madera, California.

The physician will provide direct patient care while also serving as an important clinical resource for our Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, nursing staff, and other members of the clinical team. We are looking for a collaborative physician who is committed to providing high-quality allergy, asthma, and immunology care to patients in California's Central Valley.

Business Hours

• Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with allergy, asthma, and immunologic conditions.
• Provide physician coverage for the Fresno and Madera clinics.
