Job summary

Family Allergy & Asthma is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible allergist/immunologist to join our growing practice in Avon, Indiana. The role includes comprehensive allergy, asthma, and immunology care within a collaborative clinical team.

Our group also serves patients in Fairfield, Ohio, continuing a history of patient-centered care and evidence-based treatment across multiple locations. You will contribute to testing, immunotherapy, and education while focusing on excellence.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Allergy & Immunology.
• Completion of an accredited Allergy & Immunology fellowship program.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with allergy, asthma, and immunologic conditions.
• Develop individualized care plans based on each patient’s needs.
• Provide allergy testing, immunotherapy oversight, asthma management, and related clinical services.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
