We’re looking for a full‑time BC/BE physician to join our Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for practicing evidence‑based medicine treating patients of all ages. The department consists of four physicians and a physician assistant.

Position Details

• Full‑time (1.0 FTE)
• Flexible schedule (4‑5 days/week) including 1 day telehealth
• Services provided at two locations in Vancouver (Columbia Tech Center and Gateway One)
• Diagnostic services include: skin testing, patch testing, office spirometry, food and drug challenges, aspirin desensitization (outpatient only)
• Therapies offered: subcutaneous immunotherapy, sublingual immunotherapy, biologics, IVIG infusions, SCIg
• Minimal Call shared among entire department
• Compensation is a Production model with upside‑earning potential
• New clinicians have a 1‑year guarantee of $341 K (1.0 FTE). Current clinicians have an average salary between $355 k‑$361 k (1.0 FTE).
• Up to $35,000 starting bonus
• Two‑year partnership track position with a reasonable buy‑in
