Job summary

LaSante Health Center in New York is seeking a Part-time Allergist to provide outpatient allergy and immunology care in an FQHC setting, working one day per week. The role focuses on evaluating and managing allergic conditions while collaborating with primary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

The successful candidate will diagnose and treat allergic diseases, perform allergy testing as appropriate, and educate patients on treatment plans. NY license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Allergy & Immunology.
• Current New York State medical license (or eligibility).
• Outpatient experience preferred.
