Schweiger Dermatology Group in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Full-Time Solution Mixing Technician - LPN to precisely mix allergen extracts under indirect physician supervision. You will prepare allergen mixtures, maintain aseptic technique, label and store products, and document lot numbers and expirations.

The role requires an LPN license, NCLEX-PN, and allergy/lab experience; strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity are essential. Weekday availability and team coverage are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an LPN program approved by the state Education Department.
• Active LPN license in the state of employment.
• NCLEX-PN examination completed.
• Experience in allergy or laboratory/clinical setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare allergen extract mixtures accurately following standardized recipes and protocols.
• Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to safety and sterility standards.
• Label, package, and store mixed extracts.
• Document lot numbers and expiration dates; maintain records.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of lab supplies.
• Participate in ongoing training to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor as needed.
