Job Description
At Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, you will thrive in a fast-paced, strategic environment that encourages bold, innovative thinking. The APC role is highly visible, both externally and internally, as a member of the sales management team, promoting Allergan Aesthetic leadership by providing consultative support to key customers.

Responsibilities

  1. Support sales and marketing initiatives by providing consultative services, including key account support, to enhance access and presence of Facial Aesthetics, SkinMedica, Aesthetic Surgery, and Coolsculpting products within target accounts. Services include utilizing Allergan Access, financial benchmarking, operational efficiency, and practice management topics.
  2. Partner with the sales team in customer targeting, identifying opportunities, developing strategic selling plans, and integrating consulting services and corporate initiatives.
  3. Oversee key account initiatives as a project manager, focusing on portfolio sales and contracting.
  4. Communicate account activity with sales and management teams as needed.
  5. Manage practice enhancement programs based on account needs and objectives.
  6. Develop clear pre-call objectives and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
  7. Lead the account selling process to provide long-term competitive advantages.
  8. Monitor key account performance and allocate resources accordingly.
  9. Conduct training and education for sales and management teams through presentations, updates, and reviews.
  10. Speak at conferences and society meetings to identify opportunities.
  11. Participate in training programs offered through The BSM Consulting Group, APC team, or Sales Training, including classroom and field training.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
  2. 7-10 years of current knowledge in aesthetic healthcare, including practice management and marketing.
  3. Understanding of financial analysis and its impact on business decisions.
  4. Proven financial and budget management skills, including managing budgets, forecasts, expenses, marketing plans, and negotiations.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, external customers, and vendors.
  6. Track record of achieving sales, marketing, and corporate goals with minimal supervision.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Ability to develop and lead innovative strategies independently.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  10. Field-based role with approximately 75% travel, including overnight and some weekend work.
  11. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a motor vehicle.
