Allegheny Health Network (AHN) seeks a General Radiologist to join our Community Division in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This full-time, hybrid position offers state-of-the-art imaging facilities and access to AI-assisted reporting tools, with opportunities to participate in residency and medical student training.

The role involves a broad diagnostic scope across CT, MRI, ultrasound, and radiography across 14 hospitals and imaging centers within the AHN network.

Qualifications

• Completion of ACGME approved Radiology Residency.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Radiology.
• MD or DO degree.
• License to practice in Pennsylvania prior to employment.
• Maintenance of Certification or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of diagnostic radiology services across chest, abdomen and pelvis CT, MRI, ultrasound, and radiography.
• Participate in a busy division serving 14 hospitals and imaging centers across the network.
• Engage in multidisciplinary conferences and teaching programs with residents and students.

Join our growing team of talented Physicians within the AHN's Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences!

Allegheny Health Network (AHN)is building the future of their Imaging services by adding several services and locations to their network. We are recruiting full-time, hybrid,General Radiologiststo join our Community Division inPittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Our state-of-the-art PACS offers numerous workflow efficiencies, complemented by an equitable automated case distribution system currently in development. Additionally, we are implementing AI-enhanced reporting and image interpretation tools.

Job Duties:

• Providing a full range of diagnostic services including chest, abdomen and pelvic CT, abdominal and pelvic MRI, ultrasound, and plain film.
• Our equipment across the network includes 14 CT scanners, including 64 slice dual source CT, 128 slice CT, multiple 64 slice CT scanners, dedicated procedure CT scanners, and 16 slice PET CT. Computed and digital radiography. Twelve 1.5 Tesla magnets. Up-to-date ultrasound equipment at all sites, mostly Philips EPIQ units.
• Participate fully in a busy division which supplies services to 14 hospitals and all imaging centers across the network.

Compensation Overview

• Salary Range: $420,000-$1,100,000
• Competitive base salary with additional compensation for weekend call, value-based care and academic productivity, onsite coverage, and clinical productivity.
• Reasonable wRVU requirements with opportunity for incentive over target
  • RVU expectation (based on years of experience): 10,522
• Signing and starting bonus eligibility

Job Qualifications:

• Completion of ACGME approved Radiology Residency
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Radiology
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
• Participation in Maintenance of Certification or eligibility for such is required
• For on-site/hybrid positions: Opportunities to participate in the residency and medical student training programs
• Participation in multidisciplinary conferences
• Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment
• Candidates must reside and read within the United States and American Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands
