Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is building the future in their Imaging Institute by adding several services and locations to their network. We are recruiting full‑time and part‑time Breast Radiologists to join our team located in Pittsburgh.
Job Highlights
- 100% Breast Imaging position. Hybrid position with another subspecialty may be considered upon request.
- No weekend, holiday, evening, or pager call requirement.
- Provide a full range of breast imaging services, including diagnostic and screening mammography with tomosynthesis, breast ultrasonography, breast MRI, and related biopsies/procedures.
- State‑of‑the‑art equipment, user‑friendly PACS, and an expansive in‑house IT department available 24/7.
- Robust abbreviated MRI program.
- Weekly multidisciplinary tumor board with AHN Breast Surgeons and Oncologists.
- Most biopsies performed with HydroMARK clips; most localizations with Magseeds.
- Remote screening MG/MRI shifts (1–3 per month) available for full‑time employees.
- Tumor board fellowship, residency program, and rotating medical students offered.
- Career advancement and academic appointments at Drexel University available to qualified candidates.
Compensation Overview
- Salary range $420,000 – $1,100,000.
- Competitive base salary with additional compensation for value‑based care, academic productivity, onsite coverage, and clinical productivity.
- Reasonable wRVU requirements with opportunity for incentive over target.
- RVU expectation (based on experience) 9,754 – 11,401.
- Signing and starting bonus eligibility.

Job Qualifications
- Meet all requirements of the Mammography Quality Standards Act.
- Completion of an ACGME‑approved Radiology Residency.
- Completion of an ACGME‑approved Breast Imaging Fellowship.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Radiology.
- MD or DO degree.
- Participation in Maintenance of Certification or eligibility required.
- On‑site/hybrid position offers residency and medical student training opportunities.
- Participation in multidisciplinary conferences.
- License in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment.
