Join our global labor and employment practice as a midlevel associate in the labor management relations team. The ideal candidate will have experience advising employers on federal labor laws, including compliance, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, ULP and R cases before the National Labor Relations Board, and related federal and state court litigation. This position is flexible regarding location and can be based in any of our US offices. Applicants must be active members of the bar in the respective state of the office they are applying to.

For positions in California, New York, and Washington, DC, the salary range is $225,000 to $435,000. The final salary will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on experience, expertise, and market factors. Compensation may include a full benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits such as 401(k) eligibility, paid time off, and more.
For Washington State, the salary range for a Mid-Level Associate is $310,000 to $390,000. The total compensation package may include bonuses, benefits, and other perks, subject to the firm's policies and individual circumstances.
