Job summary

Wooten Company in Springfield, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This role handles routine service requests, unit turnover prep, and advanced trade repairs to maintain grounds and resident homes to high standards.

You will perform unit turnover, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs, carpentry, pool care, and grounds/administrative tasks. A rotational after-hours on-call shift is required, with competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in general maintenance, light trades, or property turns.
• Diagnostic abilities across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or appliance systems are a strong plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Rotational after-hours on-call shift is required.

Responsibilities

• Unit turnover and general repairs including painting, drywall, caulking, and door hardware replacements.
