Job summary

Consulting Services Group (CSG) seeks a Targeting Officer to support a client’s operations in the Greater Washington area. You will perform all-source intelligence research, analysis, and report writing, develop operational concepts, engage stakeholders, and deliver clear, concise briefings to senior leadership.

Levels 3–5 reflect experience: 7+ years with a Bachelor's for Level 3, 12+ for Level 4, and 20+ for Level 5 (5 extra years may substitute for a degree).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Poly at time of application.

Responsibilities

• All-source intelligence research, analysis, and report writing.
• Operational concept development and stakeholder engagement.
• Preparation and presentation of reports to customer management.
• Ability to deliver clear, concise briefings to leadership.
