Job summary

Bridge Defense seeks a highly qualified Military Forces Analyst to support a Government Customer at DIA HQ. This role conducts all-source analytic production on foreign military forces to support senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Bridge Defense requires TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, 3+ years of intelligence field experience or 7+ years with HS diploma, or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in military capability analysis and creating, using, and maintaining MIDB records.
  • Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR and great power competition.
  • Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment.
  • Ability to develop high‑quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefing.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in an intelligence field, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in an intelligence field.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign military forces, including but not limited to foreign military organizations, command structure, strategy and doctrine, capabilities, equipment, operations and exercises, facilities, sustainment, leadership, and force disposition / order of battle.
  • Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.
  • Provide briefings and concise analyses to DIA HQ and government customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate, timely intelligence products.
