Job summary

SNS One, Inc. seeks an All-Source Analyst to join our team in Fort Meade, MD, supporting the U.S. Navy’s Fleet Cyber Command (FCC) / Commander 10th Fleet (C10F).

The role provides direct support for intelligence analysis, using all-source data to produce assessments for multiple AORs and defense customers. This on-site position requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, polygraph, and extensive experience in all-source analysis.

Qualifications

• Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
• In scope Counter Intelligence polygraph.
• Minimum of 10 years of intelligence analysis and production experience.
• Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills related to All-Source Analysis.
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
• Able to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
• Able to collaborate and work with other Intelligence Community/FCC/C10F members and units on information analysis/production/sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
• Be able to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive intelligence analysis products.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and guidance in Assessment bureaus, boards, cells, centers, and working groups within the Maritime Operations Center supporting FCC/C10F.
• Assist in providing evaluations and judgements about the progress of FCC/C10F mission areas including cyberspace operations, information operations, space operations, and electronic warfare.
• Conduct research, create intelligence products, create intelligence estimate assessments, and conduct intelligence briefings on request.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate and integrate complex data from multiple sources to assess relevance and significance of developments in assigned subject matter and geographic areas.
• Attend, participate in, and contribute to relevant conferences and other events.
• Maintain contact with counterparts in other intelligence organizations to stay abreast of developments, resolve problems, and ensure information flow on intelligence matters.
• Identify intelligence gaps, recommend collection requirements to fill gaps.
• Develop all-source intelligence tools, techniques, and software usage to research.
• Deliver subject matter expertise to support new processes, procedures, and technologies.
• Conduct all-source analysis and production to assess foreign military order of battle, organization, unit disposition and missions; identify discrepancies and update data.
• Analyze foreign military systems including air defense, coastal defense, missiles, and targeting systems.
• Evaluate foreign military operations and exercises to identify TTPs, strategy, doctrine, readiness, and capabilities including logistics.
• Analyze foreign forces movements, logistics, maintenance, readiness, C4, survivability tactics.
• Project discovery and deployment of advanced technologies and their impact on USMC forces.
• Assess information gaps, develop collection strategies, and provide feedback to collection officers.
• Produce and deliver written intelligence assessments and briefings to tactical, operational, and strategic consumers.
