Job summary

Amentum seeks a junior to mid-level All-Source Intelligence Analyst in Springfield, VA to support a DoD customer. The role involves on-site all-source analysis of national security issues, briefing findings, and producing time-sensitive reports for decision makers.

Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI with eligibility, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and 4+ years of experience. The position is full-time, on-site with standard hours and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret US Government Clearance with SCI eligibility (US citizenship required).
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable training in intelligence, cyber, social media, PAI, or geospatial specialization.
• Four or more years of related intelligence experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills; able to brief diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis of national security issues using multiple data sources.
• Provide analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other requirements.
• Brief results through graphical, written, visual, and verbal formats in line with DNI standards.
• Draft detailed historical reports with recommended actions and mitigations.
• Research client needs for niche DoD problem sets.
• Use Publicly Available Information to address science and tech requirements.
• Maintain compliance with intelligence oversight laws and regulations.
• Leverage large data sets to produce relevant intelligence products.
