Job description

All Source Intelligence Analyst SME

This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance


Cherokee Preting seeks highly qualified individuals to serve as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst Subject Matter Expert (ASA SME) supporting USSOCOM. The ASA SME researches, identifies, and fuses intelligence from all disciplines—HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT/PAI, Cyber, and military reconnaissance—to draw conclusions, make inferences, and develop a comprehensive understanding from tactical to strategic levels within their portfolio. They serve as the lead analyst and technical expert, overseeing their assigned portfolio, mentoring junior analysts, and producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings.


Employees must maintain global readiness and be available for deployment on short notice to hazardous or combat zones, often in austere conditions.


Compensation & Benefits:


Pay commensurate with experience. Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, among others, subject to change.


Responsibilities:


  1. Participate in all-source intelligence analysis and production supporting USSOCOM operations.
  2. Plan, research, review, evaluate, and organize intelligence analysis for current or future operations.
  3. Produce reports and assessments in various formats.
  4. Prepare and deliver intelligence briefings to leadership and personnel.
  5. Engage analytically with specialists across agencies and communicate with deployed forces to meet requirements.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 10 years of intelligence analysis experience, including 5 years with national-level agencies (NSA, CIA, DIA).
  • At least 3 years of experience in supporting special operations.
  • 5 years of recent experience with analytic tools developed in the last 5 years.
  • 3 years of experience writing formal intelligence assessments.
  • 3 years of experience delivering briefings at the Colonel (O-6)/GS-15 level or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience creating instruction manuals, articles, and reports for senior leadership.
  • Must obtain necessary immunizations and hold a valid US passport.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Ability to pass pre-deployment medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screenings.
