Job summary

Amentum is seeking a junior to mid-level All-Source Intelligence Analyst in Springfield, VA in support of a DoD customer. On-site role requiring TS/SCI eligibility, with responsibility for all-source analysis and regular on-site briefings.

You will produce time-sensitive written reports, present findings, and collaborate within a mission-focused intelligence team to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable military/civilian training in intelligence, cyber, social media, PAI, technical trade, or geospatial specialization.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, including briefing senior officials.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis to assess national security issues that are regional or functional in nature.
• Provide analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other requirements.
• Brief results in graphical, written, and verbal formats adhering to DNI standards.
• Draft detailed reports with actionable recommendations and alternatives.
• Research client needs for niche DoD problem sets.
• Use publicly available information to answer intelligence questions.
