Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst in Washington, D.C. to perform analysis of specialized and technical data, produce assessments, and prepare documentation related to data and analysis.

Qualified candidates will have TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years in intelligence analysis, and experience with IC networks (JWICS/SIPRNet/NIPRNet). The role is based in DC and requires collaboration with DoW stakeholders and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• At least 5yrs experience as a intelligence analyst.
• Familiar with DoS, NSA, DIA, CIA, FBI, NTCT intelligence products.
• Strong understanding of insider threat indicators and adversary tactics, techniques and procedures.
• Ability to access and use DoW classification guidelines and IC networks (JWICS/SIPRNet/NIPRNet).

Responsibilities

• Conducts all-source intelligence analysis and analytical report writing.
• Identify Insider Threat indicators and adversary TTPs.
• Navigate multiple IC and partner databases for research and analysis.
• Work semi-independently and drive progress on assigned projects.
• Utilize complex search engines for focused research.
• Apply IC and DoW classification guidelines.
• Develop presentations and brief relevant material.
• Provide recommendations to senior leaders and peers.
• Demonstrate mitigation techniques for adjudication of intelligence findings.
• Interact with diverse DoW stakeholders and reach consensus across parties.
