Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst in Washington, D.C. to perform analysis of specialized and technical data, produce assessments, and prepare documentation related to data and analysis.

Qualified candidates will have TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years in intelligence analysis, and experience with IC networks (JWICS/SIPRNet/NIPRNet). The role is based in DC and requires collaboration with DoW stakeholders and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• At least 5yrs experience as a intelligence analyst.
• Familiar with DoS, NSA, DIA, CIA, FBI, NTCT intelligence products.
• Strong understanding of insider threat indicators and adversary tactics, techniques and procedures.
• Ability to access and use DoW classification guidelines and IC networks (JWICS/SIPRNet/NIPRNet).

Responsibilities

• Identify Insider Threat indicators and adversary TTPs.
• Navigate multiple IC and partner databases for research and analysis.

Position Overview

Far Ridgeline Engagements LLC, a Qinetiq US company, is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst in Washington, D.C who is able to perform analysis of specialized and/or technical data, make assessments and recommendations, and prepare documentation related to associated data and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conducts all-source intelligence analysis and analytical intelligence report writing using customer-provided accesses and tools and according to standards in ICD 203
• Display a clear understanding of identifying Insider Threat indicators and adversary tactics, techniques and procedures
• Ability to navigate multiple IC and partner agency databases for research and analysis
• Able to work semi-independently and to drive progress on assigned projects
• Ability to utilize complex search engines using focused research techniques
• Ability to apply IC and DoW classification guidelines
• Develop presentations and brief relevant material
• Provide recommendations of assessments to senior leaders, peers and subordinates
• Display clear understanding of mitigation techniques for adjudication of intelligence findings and products
• Possess and display the following skill sets: Conceptualization, quantitative analysis, organizational skills, research, written and verbal communication, sound judgement, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and ability to work independently
• Ability to interact with diverse DoW stakeholders, evaluate issues, and reach consensus across all parties

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of common intelligence community networks: Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and the Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and as applicable FBI equivalent networks to coordinate the exchange of information by email and must be able to access and use specified databases. Pay Transparency

• The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $110,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
