Job summary

Amentum seeks a junior to mid-level All-Source Intelligence Analyst in Springfield, VA to join a DoD-focused intelligence team. You will perform all-source analysis of foreign capabilities, present findings in person, and craft time-sensitive reports using DNI standards.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, 4+ years of experience, strong communication and teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft 365. On-site, full-time with occasional after-hours support and limited travel.

Qualifications

• Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance with SCI eligibility (US citizenship required).
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable military/civilian training in intelligence, cyber, social media, PAI, technical trade, or geospatial specialization.
• Four (4)+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, including briefing senior officials.
• Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft 365 products, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis using diverse sources to assess regional or functional national security issues.
• Provide analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other requirements.
• Brief results in graphical, written, visual, and verbal forms per DNI standards.
• Draft reports with historical context and recommended actions.
• Research client needs for niche DoD problem sets.
• Use publicly available information to answer science/tech questions.
• Maintain compliance with intelligence oversight laws and regulations.
• Leverage large, spatial, and temporal data to produce intelligence products.
