Job description

Summary
CTC Group is seeking Journeyman, Expert, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) level All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) for a contingent program to be responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements.
  • Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations) and the proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.

Journeyman Level Qualifications

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required.
  • Strong working knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
  • Demonstrate some experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Captain (O-3) / GS-13 level or higher.

Expert Level Qualifications

  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level.
  • Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
  • Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
  • Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) Level Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
  • At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
  • Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
  • Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
  • 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
  • Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.

Pay Information
The final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications. CTC also provides a variety of benefits as well as opportunities for continuous education and development.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $130,000.
