Job summary

LMI Government Consulting seeks an Intel Operations Integrator to lead all-source analysis of adversary AI, autonomous systems, and related capabilities. The role connects intelligence to operational planning, capability development, and targeting workflows in support of a DoD mission partner in the National Capital Region.

The position requires TS/SCI clearance with additional access caveats and on-site presence, with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years in all-source intelligence analysis or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for additional access caveats.
• Knowledge of the PRC, Indo-Pacific security environment.
• Experience analyzing AI, autonomous systems, uncrewed systems, C2, EW, cyber.
• Experience integrating multiple intelligence disciplines.
• Knowledge of intelligence preparation, warning, targeting, collection requirements, and analytic tradecraft.
• Ability to use data analytics, visualization, or AI-enabled tools.
• Exceptional research, writing, briefing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively with intelligence, operational, technical, acquisition, and senior leadership communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all-source intelligence analysis focused on adversary AI and autonomous systems.
• Develop predictive assessments of capability maturation and fielding timelines.
• Fuse IC, military services, combatant commands, allied and open-source reporting into deliverables for senior leaders.
• Support intelligence preparation of the operational environment in the Indo-Pacific region.
• Apply data analytics, AI, machine learning, visualization, and structured analytic techniques to identify patterns and risks.
• Integrate threat-informed findings into planning, requirements, and targeting processes.
• Produce intelligence notes, threat briefs, warnings, and data visualizations.
• Coordinate with operators, planners, engineers, acquisition professionals, testers, and analysts.
• Maintain analytic standards, source traceability, classification controls, and QA across products.
• Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection or research requirements.
• Brief senior leaders on complex threats in clear language.
• Support working groups, wargames, exercises requiring integrated intelligence.
