Nalley Consulting is seeking a full-time Senior-level All Source Analyst (Production) at Fort Meade, MD. The position supports USCYBERCOM.

Position Details:

• Position: All Source Analyst (Production)
• LCAT: Senior
• Location: Fort Meade, MD; ECB
• Office: J2Z
• Required clearance: TS/SCI with CI poly; only candidates with current polys can be considered per client requirements.
• Desired Experience: At least 12 years, with recent experience within the last 2 years.
• Desired Education: Master’s degree in a related field or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

1. The Senior All Source Analyst provides on-site functional and technical intelligence support, focusing on foreign national cyber analysis.
2. Assist the Government in all source intelligence analysis and collection, integrating information from multiple disciplines to develop situational awareness and foundational intelligence on foreign cyber issues.
3. Produce finished intelligence products to support U.S. decision makers and CCMDs, informing operational planning and analysis on key trends impacting DoD missions.
4. Research and produce all source cyber and telecommunications infrastructure intelligence on foreign military cyber organizations, systems, and technologies.
5. Analyze foreign cyber organizations and networks to identify vulnerabilities in redundancy, confidentiality, and system integrity.
6. Support identification, location, and tracking of foreign mobile signals, EW, and SIGINT units supporting cyber functions.
7. Analyze foreign military cyber exercises, identifying units, missions, and purposes, and compare new exercises with previous ones.
